NAND Flash: Wafer and eMMC prices continue to rise
The Wafer spot market continues to rise, and the eMMC market is almost the same. The overall market demand for wafer products of all capacities remains unchanged. However, due to the original manufacturer's control of inventory, the spot supply side began to be reluctant to sell previous inventory and continuously raised the quotation, which limited the overall transaction volume.
The eMMC market remains hot, and the spot price is higher than the official price of the original manufacturer, but buyers' purchasing demand is stable and they are still actively following up.
DRAM: Partial DDR5 prices go high
The spot market releases limited supply of SK Hynix DDR5 every day, and the demand remains strong. In the DDR4 market, the transaction situation has improved, indicating that the market has slightly warmed up. As the performance of other DDR4 capacity specifications is still relatively weak, the overall market is still in a wait-and-see attitude.
As for Samsung, although module manufacturers released a large number of inquiries in the spot market, due to the severe supply shortage, they were ultimately unable to obtain valid quotations. Even Reball particles were in a state where quotations were difficult to find, causing the tight supply situation to continue to ferment.
